Great place to train, if you want to gain muscle I highly recommend this gym. You don't see everyone on their phones, and no assembly lines for equipment. I've seen them all-the runners the lifters, walkers and the talkers. They have all the equipment to whoop ya in to shape give it a try.
My two kids and I just started going about a month ago and I like the atmosphere.
